Student Payments

Please use the form below to submit proof of your payments for school fees and/or learning materials.

After you’ve completed the form, validation of your payment from our finance office will be processed between 1 to 4 business days, with the exception of GCash transactions which will be processed between 4 to 6 business days.

Student Record Request

Please use the form below to submit official requests for student records, including but not limited to: Form 137/Transcript of Records, Good Moral Certificate, SF9/Form 138/Progress Report, Photocopy of SF9/Form 138/Progress Report, Certificate of Completion, Certificate of Merit, Certificate of Financial Clearance, and Certificate of Enrollment. These forms require a minimal processing fee.
